Cancellation Policy
Minimum cancellation policy requires that you must cancel at the latest ( 24 hours before) the scheduled detail time. However you may reschedule a new appointment if necessary within 12 hours of the detail. Our forms of payment include Cash, Cash App, or Venmo. Note: we do not accept card or checks. Thanks :) Upon arrival your vehicle will be subject to inspection, and if you're interested in other services such as engine bay detailing or ceramic wax, or want to discuss any aspect of the car, we can communicate that during that time! In the mean time if you have any questions please give a call or text at 810-288-1051. You can also call or message us if you would like to set up your scheduled appointment as a mobile detail, however this does cost an additional $25 and will exclude packages with the Ultra Exterior Detail.
